Ocular emergencies, medical prescription renewal requests: Best In Sight doctors are available for ocular emergencies and essential eye care. Due to overwhelming phone calls and limited staff in our call center, we ask for patience during this time.
Glasses, and optical services:
We offer 3 options for picking up your glasses:
Mail the glasses to you at no charge. Fitting of the glasses can be made after we re-open during business hours.
Pick them up. Please make an appointment by calling our office before coming to the office.We ask that you stand outside of our entryway to maintain a 6′ distance for our optician’s safety. Fitting of the glasses can be done after we re-open during business hours.

To order or reorder glasses, please call the office.
Contact lenses: Please call or text the office and the contact lenses will be shipped directly to you.
For expiring contact lens prescriptions: we are extending all contact lens prescriptions per our doctor’s discretion.
Expiring vision insurance benefits: If your vision benefits are expiring soon, please contact your vision insurance company to determine if you can get an extension. Insurance companies are working on COVID-19 contingency plans and will make determinations on a case by case basis at this time.
